Step by step tutorial

     

     

    1. Go to the register page and create an account. We will email you a password to the email address you've registed. Once you log in with your generated password you will be directed to your Listr Control page. Once there you may go to 'edit billing info' and create a new password if you wish.

     

    2. Fill in all the fields in the upload form. ( Or as many as possible. The more info the better.)

     

    3.  Upload 10 photos of your house.

     

    4.  Upload floor plans, surveys, inspection reports, etc. We recommend you use jpgs or pdfs.

     

    5. Write a description of your house that points out special and unique features.

     

    6. Upload additional documents. floor plans, survey, inspection reports, list of upgrades, etc  
    If you only have hard copy of  floorplans, survey, just fax us here at homelistr.com after you've registered and we'll email pdf files ofyour documents back to you, ready for upload.
     
    7. Choose whether to expand your audience. "To commission or not to commission".

     

    8. Click 'save & preview" and proofread the listing, making changes if needed with the edit link.

     

    9. Save the listing.

     

    10. Prodeed to the secure check out. Using Google checkout's secure server you can pay with VISA, MC, AMEX, or use your PAY PAL account through PayPal's secure server. You may also send us pay by a check. When we receive your check we will activate your listing. 
     
    That's it.


     

    You homes personal page on the web will be: www.homelistr.com/view/0000 (000 being your specific house ID)

    It's highly recommended to use our professionally designed Homelistr.com FOR SALE sign. It will contain a ID number for buyers to reference when they visit our site that will bring them straight to your home online.

     

    If permitted by the municipality or Homeowner's association place the sign in the lawn or a window.

    Some HOAs with restrictions allow you to post it in a window.

     

    You can expand all the fields in the listing display and print a brochure if needed.

     

    You'll be notified of interested parties via our private internal message system (to fight spammers.) You have the option of posting your telephone number and/or email address for scheduling of appts.
